YouTube Rewind 2018: Moments Of 12 Months Rolled In One Video

Youtube Rewind 2018 release was a much awaited moment for the viewers. Just like previous year, 2018 clip was created and installed by digital content studio Portal A on December 6.

From 2010, YouTube pulls together the year’s biggest moments acted out by its creators and set to hit music of the year. Every years’ clip runs on a theme. This time, the Fortnite, the gaming sensation runs throughout the video.

Rewind video 2018 has Will Smith, Trevor Noah, John Oliver, music producer Marshmello and Olympic figure skater Adam Rippon for a celebrity appearance. In the making of the video, YouTuber list included Markiplier, Ninja, Casey Neistat, Lilly Singh and Emma Chamberlain.

The above list has celebrities and YouTubers who were not the part of any controversy this year. Some YouTube creators are not present in the rewind video 2018, Despite being most talked-about YouTube creators of this year. These include PewDiePie, David Dobrik, Shane Dawson, and Erika Costell.

However, Youtube Rewind 2018 is not the best among previous videos. One thing I like about the video was, the Youtube highlight channels discussed some sensitive topics like mental health, Women empowerment etc around the campfire. The whole video runs through the music mashup which includes the songs I like it, Happier, Idol, In my feelings and high hopes.

As per the YouTube stats 2018, To our daughter by Kylie Jenner, Dude Perfect, We broke up by David Dobrick etc are among the Top trending videos globally. Whereas, the Official teaser of Sanju, 2.0 and music videos like Bom Diggy (Zack Night and Jasmine), Daru Badnaam are among India’s Top Trending Videos 2018.
