PUBG Mobile celebrates one year anniversary with special themed lobby, clothes and more
There were days when we were the fans of games like subway surfer, temple run etc. The effect of such games disappeared in a short time, especially amongst youngsters. You probably know why? I am referring to PUBG mobile which has become ‘the addiction’ (happy to cross that limit a long time ago). It has become extremely famous in almost no time.
PUBG Mobile is officially one year old today, however, it varies depending upon the regions.
When I turn on the game, I saw some changes in the game – not in the gameplay though. There is a change in the background as seen in the image above. If you don’t like it you can switch back to the Resident Evil 2 based theme.
However, There isn’t any special item in any of the crates, but I did notice a change in costume which could totally be unrelated to the anniversary celebration. The Arachnoid Set – as it is called – includes a white and purple suit with boots, as well as an Arachnoid mask, helmet and special skins for the Kar98K and parachute.
Most of the millennials are addicted to some or the other game but PUBG mobile has a separate (huge) fanbase especially in India. To prove, there are nearly 430 million smartphone users in India now. I am not just talking about the youngsters living in cities but also those living in smaller towns.
Other reports hints, PUBG will get a Mobile 0.11.0 update this month, which will bring changes such as Sanhok map in Arcade Quick Match.
