Huawei Watch GT launched in India, price starts at Rs 15,990
The much-awaited Huawei watch GT, on Tuesday, launched in India. The watch, however, made its debut around five months ago during the global launch of the Mate 20 series. The Company has notably brought both the edition, Sports and Classic edition in India. Alongside, the Huawei Band 3 Pro and Band 3e have also debuted in multiple color options.
The latest smartwatch sports circular dial with 1.39-inch OLED (454×454 pixels) touchscreen display and 326ppi pixel density. You can even change the straps of Huawei watch GT. The smartwatch is 10.6mm thick and water resistant up to 50 metres. It further comes with a heart rate monitoring technology, called TruSeen 3.0 which aims at offering more accurate tracking in comparison to its competitors. The Huawei watch GT also helps you in keeping a track on your sleeping pattern. It doesn’t stop there! the technology offers the ability to identify sleep-related issues and provides over 200 suggestions to help you sleep better. Just like other smartwatches, it also provides notification.
Two-week batter life is the biggest USP of the Huawei’s latest smartwatch. The Company claims two weeks of continuous heart monitoring. However, the battery lasts around 22-hours with continuous GPS, heart rate monitoring and exercise tracking enabled. The watch body comes in Black Stainless Steel and Stainless Steel color options. On the other hand, the silicone strap is offered in glacier grey and fluorescent green colors.
Huawei Watch GT price and availability
The Huawei watch GT price in India starts at Rs 15,990 for the Sports Edition. Whereas, the classic edition carries a price tag of Rs 16,990. Both the variants will be available for sale from March 19 through Amazon.

If you are not a smartwatch person, Huawei has a fitness band for you, Band 3 Pro and Band 3e. Same as Huawei watch GT, bands are capable of tracking sleep patterns using TruSleep 2.0 and 50 metres water resistant as well. They monitor heart rate through the built-in infrared (IR) sensors.
The Fitness Band 3 Pro is also powered by an Applo 3 chip and supports Bluetooth v4.2 connectivity. Besides, it measures 45x19x11mm and weighs 25 grams. On the other hand, Huawei Band 3e is touted to provide treadmill running data at an accuracy of 97 percent, using a built-in six-axis gyroscope based sensor.
Huawei Band 3 Pro and band 3e price and availability
Alongside Huawei watch GT, Company has brought Band 3 Pro at a price of Rs 4,699 and band 3e at Rs 1,699. Former will go for sale on March 26, 2019, through Amazon while the later on the same day as watch GT.
