Initially, Vivo came up with the sliding camera concept implemented in Vivo NEX. And Now, The race is on to create the upcoming smartphones with the same features. Oppo Find X and Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 are the two smartphones next to Vivo Nex. Further, Sub-brand of Huawei unveiled its Honor Magic 2 with a belief that it could be better.
Honor Magic 2 Price And Availability
As mentioned earlier, The smartphone is expected to launch in India on January 16, 2019. However, the details are not yet officially announced. Similar is with Honor Magic 2 price which is expected to start at Rs.40,300.
There are three variants of the smartphone in terms of Storage. The 8GB RAM/ 128GB inbuilt storage variant is priced at CNY 4,299 (roughly Rs. 45,600). While, 8GB RAM/ 256GB storage variant costs CNY 4,799 (roughly Rs. 50,100).
Honor Magic 2 Features And Specifications
The new smartphone with a mechanical slider and six cameras features a 6.39-inch full-HD+ (1080×2340 pixels) AMOLED display. You will find slim bezels on the screen with an aspect ratio of 19.5:9.
Now coming on to the internal features of the device, It comes with a Kirin 980 processor along with 6/8GB RAM, and 128/256GB SSD. It is backed by 3,500mAh battery. Furthermore, It houses an optical in-display fingerprint reader same as recently launched smartphones with the in-display fingerprint scanner.

The device sport triple rear camera setup. It bears a 16-megapixel primary sensor (f/1.8 aperture), a 24-megapixel monochrome sensor (f/1.8 aperture), and a 16-megapixel (f/2.2 aperture) wide-angle lens. The brand touts the presence of AIS tech for image stabilization.
On the front, It has a triple camera setup with a slider mechanism. It bears a 16-megapixel primary sensor along with a 2-megapixel + 2-megapixel combo for 3D Face Unlock features.
