Asus VivoBook 15 X505: The AMD Powered Ultra Portable Laptop Launched In India
The recently launched Asus Vivo Book 15 X505 in India is powered by latest-generation AMD Ryzen Mobile processors with Radeon Vega graphics. It is one of the light-weight budget laptops in the market. As we all know Intel has a massive grip over the laptop market, AMD is now looking to break the dominance with its Ryzen Mobile processor lineup.

The latest VivoBook 15 (X505) has been priced at Rs.30,990. It will be exclusively available on Paytm Mall.
Asus VivoBook Specifications
In the highest-end variant, The VivoBook X505 is powered by the Ryzen 3 2200U in the low-end variant and goes up to Ryzen 5 2500U. It is paired up with 8GB of DDR4 RAM, 1TB of 5400RPM HDD, and up to Radeon Vega 8 graphics memory. The 8GB RAM can be upgraded to 16 GB RAM.

When it comes to its display, the laptop features 15.6-inch Full-HD anti-glare panel with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. Moreover, it is surrounded by slimmer 7.7mm bezels and offers an 81 percent screen-to-body ratio. The VivoBook 15(X505) has a plastic body with a brushed metal finish on top as well as the palm rest which gives it a premium appearance.
Additionally, It runs Windows 10 (64-bit) and sports a 3-cell 42WHr battery. The laptop weighs just 1.6 kilograms with a 15.6-inch display, which is quite amazing and makes it really light-weight.
Asus VivoBook 15 X505 Connectivity:
As far as the connectivity is concerned, it offers Integrated Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n/ac with 2×2 MIMO and Bluetooth 4.2 support. The laptop comes packed with the DC port, an RJ45 Ethernet port, an HMDI port, a USB Type-A 3.0 port, a USB Type-C port, 2 USB-A 2.0 ports, a combo headphone jack, and a multi-format card reader.
Along with VivoBook X505, Asus launched F570, a gaming laptop. The Asus F570 is available at a price of Rs. 52,990. Same as the former variant, it will be exclusively available on Paytm Mall.
