In fact, One of her post announcing the birth of her daughter Stormi last year is the record breaker, actually ‘was’ the record-breaker with 18 million likes. But now surprisingly, An image of a plain Egg is the most liked Instagram picture. You must be thinking of what could be there in an egg that made it a record breaker. That too of a most popular Kylie Jenner! Believe it or not, it was merely an egg and nothing else.
What’s more surprising is, It is just an image of a plain egg with a white background.
What Compelled Audience To Make An Egg The Record Breaker?
This image has been posted by ‘Egg Gang’ (@World_record_egg). The caption accompanying the image says: “Let’s set a world record together and get the most liked post on Instagram. Beating the current world record held by Kylie Jenner (18 million)! We got this.” The image of an egg, posted on January 4 with the sole purpose of snatching the title from Jenner. The Egg, humble chicken Egg achieves the aim on Monday with more than 24 million likes.
The holders of the account posted an Instagram story thanking those who liked the post in response to becoming the new record holder.
They further said, “It doesn’t end here though, we’re only just getting started,” they said on Sunday.
The previous holder of the title, Jenner responded to losing her record with a post on Instagram, in which she cracked an egg onto a hot road.
