Xiaomi Mi 8 Specifications offers 3D Face Scanning
This phone spots almost all the trending features that you are looking forward to in your brand new phone. Xiaomi has officially confirmed that they will launch this phone on 31st May 2018. Xiaomi Mi 8 specifications are packed with those premium features, as it is the 8th-anniversary edition phone. The phone is expected to spot 3D facial recognition as it’s primary security feature with fingerprint scanner as secondary.
Xiaomi Mi8 is powered by Octa core, 2.8 GHz with latest Qualcomm Snapdragon processor 845 with GPU Adreno 630. The screen stretches to 6.2″ (15.75 cm) display with a screen resolution of Full HD (1080 x 1920 pixels) 355 ppi and runs on Android v8.0 (Oreo). This phone comes in two variants 6GB RAM/ 64GB storage and 8GB RAM/ 128GB storage. To be a part of the trend Xiaomi also is expected to bring the notch on the screen as that will also increase the screen body ratio.
Xiaomi Mi 8 Camera Specifications
The smartphone will sport a vertical dual camera setup of 16 MP + 16 MP AI dual camera with 2x optical zoom support and the secondary camera is expected to be 13 MP. It will also support a dedicated slot for memory card and you can expand it up to 256GB. This phone is rumored to have a transparent glass panel which also means that will support wireless charging. Mi 8 is fueled with 4000 mAh battery. This phone is going to be priced at approximately ₹30000 for 6 GB variant and ₹35000 for 8 GB variant. We’d love to see waterproofing implemented in the Xiaomi Mi8. We’ve heard nothing on this front.
