This is how OnePlus 7 could look like?

OnePlus 7

OnePlus 7 might come with a Pop-up Selfie Camera, love it or hate it!

At MWC 2019, OnePlus had showcased its 5G ready smartphone prototype. CEO Pete Lau also talked about the future of 5G and also announced the 5G Apps of the Future program. Now, a few days later renders give a closer look at the change in design. The Chinese giant is still months away from officially launching OnePlus 7, its next flagship device.

OnePlus 7 Leaked Renders

OnLeaks and PriceBaba have shared the latest OnePlus 7 leak-based renders. Thankfully, the device will be giving away the notch-display. Then what about the front camera? Do you remember Vivo Nex? Yes, It is seen to adopt a pop-up selfie camera setup with a slight chin at the bottom. Coming on to the rear camera, the phone comes with a triple camera setup aligned vertically, and a flash sitting beneath it. It seems like the back panel is made of glass due to the glossy and reflective panel shown in the image.

According to the images of OnePlus 7, the volume button sits on the left edge while power and toggle switch are placed on the right edge. Just like most of the normal smartphones, speaker grille, USB Type-C port, and microphone are seen sitting on the bottom edge of the phone. There’s no 3.5mm audio jack in sight though.

The OnePlus 7 screen-to-body-ratio will be at 95 percent with the display of 6.5-inch. The resolution of the display has not yet been disclosed. Since OnePlus 6T had a full HD+ display, it is safe to assume that OnePlus 7 may carry a display which is full HD+. As mentioned in reports, the device measures 162.6x76x8.8mm and the thickness goes up to 9.7mm.

The company had confirmed that the phone will be powered by the latest Snapdragon 855 processor. OnePlus 7 will not support wireless charging – this is what CEO Pete Lau assured. The current wireless charging tech is ‘far inferior’ to its wired fast charging, Warp Charge 30, he added.

OnePlus 7 Price (Expected)

The OnePlus 7 price in India is expected to be in between Rs 35,000 to Rs 40,000 bracket. If the company follows its usual launch cycle, then we can expect the next flagship to roll out around this May-June.
