Honor, Huawei’s sub-brand announced its revamped logo at its HonorArtology event on December 11. It started as the online-only brand in 2013 and now grown tremendously in the smartphone industry in five years. Honor new logo revealed in order to mark its growth on the occasion of its Fifth Anniversary.

Honor announced the change in the brand identity through a small video on Weibo.  The Honor new logo still spells the full brand name ‘HONOR’. The brand name is now written in uppercase letters instead of lowercase as in the previous logo. Moreover, the revamped logo consists of the brand name written in vibrant gradient colors which makes it more graceful than before.

For its transformed logo, Honor uses the combination of Gradient pink, dark blue and light blue color. These vibrant colors reflect the attitude of the younger generation, or we can say its target audience.
The video conveys “New HONOR (logo) just changes the shape and color, but we embrace the trend and the courage transformation of attitude. We look forward to leading the way of life with young people around the world.”

The View20 is expected to come with a punch hole camera and a new logo as well in January 2019. It is likely to be the first device to carry the new brand identity introduced by the Company.
