Coolpad Note 5 Lite launched with 3GB RAM
Earlier this season, in March, Coolpad launched its VFM offering the Coolpad Note 5 Lite in India. The brand has gone ahead and started a new variant of Note 5 Lite using the storage without any changes from the spec sheet.
To recall, the Coolpad Note 5 Lite comes with a 5-inch HD screen and 2.5D scratch-resistant glass layering on top for protection. The performance side of things will be cared for by a 1GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6735 processor that has been mated to 3GB of RAM and a Mali 450 GPU. Instead of 16GB of storage to the normal version, the launching includes 32GB of space, which can be further expanded with a card up. With a flash for low light imaging, the smartphone gets a primary snapper with an 8-megapixel front camera and LED flash in the imaging section.
Out of the box, the Coolpad Note 5 Lite boots Android 6.0 Marshmallow skinned with its proprietary trendy UI 8.0. A 2,500 mAh battery is and Coolpad claims that it offers a standby time of up to 200 hours. For connectivity, the device gets 4G LTE, Wi-FI, Bluetooth 4.0, OTG and dual SIM. A fingerprint scanner is in the back panel, which besides unlocking the device, can be used to make/receive or document calls, open apps and captures images.
The version of the handset comes at the cost as the regular variant Rs 8,199 and can be picked from Amazon India. Coolpad is supplying the smartphone in three hues Royal Gold Gold, and Grey.
