Dell Inspiron Chromebook 2-in-1 laptops and monitors have been launched at the IFA 2018.
Dell Inspiron Chromebook has been launched at the IFA 2018. The Dell Inspiron Chromebook 2-in-1 laptop is the brand’s first ever premium Chromebook in the Inspiron range. Sporting a 14-inch full-HD IPS display, aluminium exterior, narrow sleek bezels, this laptop offers a whopping 15 hours of battery life. The laptop is powered by Intel 8th generation i3-8130U CPU.
The device runs on Chrome OS and it gets internal storage up to 128GB. Also, it comes with Google Play support. The 360-degree hinge ensures a convenient positioning of the laptop and there are features like USB Type-C port, backlit keyboard. It will go on sale in the North American market from October 23 at $599, roughly converting into Rs 42,200.
Dell has also launched expanded the Vostro model lineup at the event. The Vostro 14 5000 and Vostro 15 5000 laptops come with 8th generation Intel core processors. There are up to 32GB DDR4 memory, Nvidia GeForce MX130 graphics, optional Intel Optane memory, USB Type-C port and an optional fingerprint reader as well.
These two Dell Vostro laptops come with commercial grade protection and storage for the encryption keys to verify a device. The Dell Vostro 14 and Vostro 15 will go on sale in the North American market from November 9 and January 2 respectively.
Dell has launched a new line of the SE monitors with FHS resolution at the IFA 2018. The three models launched there come with the display size of 21.5-inch, 23.8-inch and 27-inch. They get an IPS panel and come with features like flicker-free technology, low-haze screen atop a compact and space-saving base. Expect these monitors to be available in India sometime next year.
