Forget PUBG, Call of Duty is coming to your mobile soon

Call of Duty Mobile game announced for Android and iOS

PUBG and Fortnite have massively exploded in popularity over the past few years. Even there has been numerous CoD clones, however, haven’t lived up to the hype. Now Activision is attempting to break into the mobile scene with Call of Duty Mobile.

As per the announcement, the game is coming to previously unannounced regions, including North America, South America, Europe, and more. Activision has even team up with Tencent to deliver the game.

Call of Duty mobile is a free-to-play game that brings together maps, modes, weapons, and characters from across the CoD franchise, including the Black Ops and Modern Warfare series. The game will be available for both Android and iOS users. It also features multiple game modes like Team Deathmatch, Search and Destroy, and Free-For-All, in iconic maps like Nuketown, Crash, Hijacked, and more.

An official launch date hasn’t been announced but it is expected in the coming months. In case you are not able to wait, you can register at the game’s website. After sign up process, you’ll gain access to the public beta coming this summer.

With regards to minimum device specifications, it would be safe to presume that the game would run properly on flagships, and mid-range phones as well. However, if you own a lower end device, you should be prepared to face heating issues and performance hiccups.
