Samsung Galaxy J7 Catches: A Samsung Galaxy J7 smartphone caught fire on October 20 on a trip that was Delhi-Indore. The smartphone belonged to a Delhi resident, Arpita Dhal. According to a report by Hindustan Times, the smartphone was kept. Approximately 15 minutes from the airport, Dhal called the cabin crew to get assistance and detected smoke rising from her purse.

A spokesperson for Jet Airways stated that the apparatus has been confiscated and will be returned after a comprehensive investigation. “Jet Airways crew instantly took responsibility for the circumstance, as also all essential steps as the precautionary measure, and according to the prescribed instructions,” the spokesperson told Hindustan Times. A Samsung India spokesperson said, “We’re in touch with relevant authorities to learn more. At Samsung, consumer security is the top priority.”
